憲法
読み方：けんぽう
本来は，国家の統治体制の基礎を定める法全体をいう（固有の意味の憲法）が，近代以降においては自由主義に立脚した憲法を特に憲法という（立憲主義的意味の憲法）。わが国では，大日本帝国憲法（明治22年）を全面改正した（とされる）日本国憲法（昭和22年）がこれにあたる。
