アフターサービス
商品の販売者によって提供される、販売後・引き渡し済の商品について修理・修繕・メンテナンスの便宜を図るサービスのこと。一定の保障期間を設けて期間内の修理を無償で請け負ったり、期間内の保守点検を無償で行ったり、といった形で提供されることが多い。
なお「アフターサービス」は和製英語であり、英語ではafter-sales service（アフターセールスサービス）という。
